Changes & Additions: 

- Delayed time between receiving the radiation status in a dust storm from 
immediate to 3 seconds (lowered radiation obtained from dust storms) 

- Reduced morale of ALL common enemies significantly (combat will feel more 
realistic now and enemies will flee more often) 

- Changed the end game handling screen(instead of game over, it will return you 
to the main menu)
